We only collect data you choose to submit through our website forms, plus limited technical data needed to operate the site securely:
Form submissions are stored in our database and, for CVs/resumes and cover letters, in secure object storage — both provided by Cloudflare. Contact enquiries that represent a business interest may also be recorded in our Salesforce CRM. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
We retain contact enquiries and job application data for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your enquiry, assess your application against open and upcoming roles, and meet our legal and record-keeping obligations. You can request earlier deletion at any time (see Section 7).
Where UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies, we process your data on the basis of your consent (submitting a form) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and assessing candidates. MENTARA's delivery model is location-flexible and confirmed on an engagement-by-engagement basis rather than tied to established offices in every market; if your data is processed or accessed outside your own country by us or by our service providers, we use appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, where required.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export or request deletion of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any applicable rights, use the contact form. Requests will be handled in accordance with the law that applies to the final legal entity and the individual concerned.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
